Workato is a leading integration platform that makes it simple to connect your ichris solution with any of your existing HR, finance, or other business systems.
When a pre-defined event triggers the connector, Workato automatically exchanges system data based on your instructions. This two-way exchange is done using ‘recipes’. A Workato recipe tells your apps what information to share and when. This ensures your data is always up-to-date across different systems. There are already recipes available for popular HR and finance platforms. But you can create a recipe to connect with almost any system you use. Here's how it works: When something specific happens (called a trigger event), the recipe activates and exchanges data based on your instructions. This means no more manual data entry between your ichris solution and other business tools.

How does API21 differ from Workato Connector?
The API21 module acts like a bridge between external applications and ichris. Each application creates its own individual connection to ichris for exchanging data.
